Yes, that's the Army Painting Plate Mail and GW Black Wash. I used P3 Gold and Bootstrap Leather with Sephia Brown Wash for the leather. I got done with everything this morning. I have more painting to do in order to finish them up this week. However, you could use Army Painting Gun Metal or Army Painter Plate Mail with a black GW wash to get the dirty steel "look."
That's what I do if I had hundreds of 25mm dwarfs to paint, lol.
